It is just a women thing. They want to throw their two cents in. Issues that have no relevance are magnets for them.
I had the same basic issue today with a CPAP sleep clinic. I had an appointment, and they did not have the electronic data downloaded. The visit ended up being a $250.00 survey. The female staff at the clinic told me "It doesn't matter insurance pays all but $50.00" I told them that I would file a fraud report with BSBC when I got home. The clinic called the CPAP machine supplier and had the download by the time I got home. I asked to see the data with time stamps. Still waiting.
