I'll pray that you recover soon.
If you don't take supplements, you might want to try Magnesium Citrate from Kroger's. I'd Stay away from calcium and dairy for now.
Then order Magnesium oil. Contact me for details.
You rub it in topically. It helps muscles relax.

Wife and I been doing magnesium oil last 3 weeks. I cannot sense any difference. She says he benefits her and gives her energy. No more headaches either.

Mag deficiency may or ‘may not’ have some helpful effect on migraines.

I used a cane a couple of years ago when I was having some lower back issues.
I also purposely purchased a heavy 5’ walking stick while in South Africa several years ago as a primary defensive tool.
It was actually a tool handle of some sort with a fairly heavy knob on top. Never quite figured out what it was meant for but it was comforting to carry along. Still have it but shortened it for easy packing in a rifle case on the trip home.

I normally use one of those walkers with the wheels in front. Just when my CBD oil and medicinal marijuana ain’t cutting it though.
Bad days I use a rascal scooter with a Trump decal on the basket.

You could at least reference a specific verse or post a video to some prophetic type doomsayer.

The oral availability of magnesium is pretty low. Need an IV bag of it to make a difference.

That's good that you have some.
When I spoke to Richard, you do know that the Mg Oil (MgChloride) is different from the Citrate thats sold at drug stores right?

I agree with what you said about migraines. There's a handful of causes.
Many Naturepaths recommend Mg for headaches in general. Like you said. I think keeping a food/ beverage journal helps. Increasing water can help oftentimes. The journal can point you to food ir meds that might be causing the problem. That's the first thing I try since its cheap, easy, and a more common trigger than some.
Are you getting migraines too?

What are you looking for?
I could probably find Charlton Heston with his staff.
Do you want the Red Sea scene and verse?

I take my shooting stick on my daily mile walks with the dog, have a cudgel for hiking in steep terrain. It's helpful when traversing creeks or other times when footing may be uncertain.

A stick or staff when cruising the creek out back. Lotta current, slick babyhead rocks. As a kid, our veterinarian drown while fly fishing and i figure he was smarter than me, so hey, be careful.

In winter will sometimes use a root cane if slick as [bleep] walking the dogs and/or knee acting up. Last thing i want is to redo that damm experience.

In my youth i scoffed. But in the mountains, downhills, especially under load, God bless trekking poles.

Golldammed motion detector lights. A guy can’t even piss off his porch in peace any more.

"Look, I want to help the helpless. It's the clueless I don't give a [bleep] about." - Dennis Miller on obamacare.
