We slaughter our own lambs (hair sheep). We have neighbors that want a whole slaughtered lamb. It will have the hide removed and very clean. They may want liver, heart and more. The yield will be about 35-40 pounds of boneless meat. What would be a fair price?

This is good stuff can't buy this flavor in a market.
