Only if the amendment is back up by enforced law. We have no rule of law so they will throw the constitution out. We lost the rule of law when none of the traitors were prosecuted for treason. Now they run the country.

Now that these scum have been allowed to take over the government, they are just announcing that: "We don't need no stinking constitution". I fear that they will begin changing all the rules to suit themselves and bestow more power upon the ruling elite. Kind of like the "Enabling Act Of 1933" fundamentally changed the German government to suit the Nazi's, aka The German Socialist Workers Party. History can and does repeat itself. Any amendment can be revised, rescinded or deleted but they have to go through the process which requires 3/4ths of each house of congress and 3/4ths of the states. And that isn't gonna happen.
