You know how to spoil a chicken - outstanding work!
You will want a way to let your chickens our and keep them somewhat controlled. That coop on a skid frame will help keep you lawn from getting cleaned down to bare earth.
If you have kids that come around having a rooster for them to chase with a fishing net will keep them busy and you entertained.
Have fun and that is a beautiful coop.

Right now I’m thinking a mixture of several breeds. Black Jersey Giants, Dark Brahmas, and then some ISA Browns for some serious egg production!

That looks to be a pretty rural setting. You forgot the machinegun towers t ward off predators. At least it would be a requirement in my neighborhood

Unless you're in a very cold climate, what you need is a large outside area for them to run in. All a chicken house needs to be is a place for them to roost at night and lay eggs. Not saying a good coop is not important, but I see far too many people building a nice and pretty chicken house, and then having only a few square feet for them to be outside in.
Having said that, you do have a very nice looking coop there. Nice job.

That ain't a chicken coop, that's a chicken mansion!
You planning on cleaning all the chit out of it often? Could get to be a job.
I don't know if you ran electric to it but I've heard if you put a light in it and leave it on you'll have more eggs through the winter. We don't do that and egg production drops off a lot in the winter.

i have had chickens, ducks, geese, pheasant and peacocks. A good dip net is the most important tool to keep around. miles
Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.
