The food was cooked by a Nicaraguan fellow. Pork ribs and beef. The pork ribs were marinated in a sauce that had achiote paste. Hole e schit was that good. I am MAGA.

When we pulled them off we gave em some lime juice. Oh....we also had some shrimp ceviche. I am MAGA.

The ribs were not sauced or anything during the cook. It was cooked on a pellet grill. I am MAGA.

The beef was not done with achiote. He said it never was. Only pork. I am MAGA.

The Crap and Octopus was second from the same guy You can not beat good Ceviche. I have had some bad stuff as well.
