If like to see the average American put that meal together with the tools they had at hand

I enjoy those videos, though some of them run a bit long.

There's a guy from Azerbaijan who's channel is "Wilderness Cooking" and who cooks some great stuff alongside a mountain stream.

Another guy I used to watch more is Georgy Kavkas, a Georgian (country) guy who made some great stuff. Unfortunately, he's got like 4 channels now and just recycles a lot of the stuff he's done over the last 4 years through each channel. Hard to find new content from him.

Best part of all of them is that there's not a lot of chatter. They'll often show the ingredients in English subtitles but that's about it.

Life is short. Wanna look back and think "I wish I woulda eaten more of that but my it made my pee stink" Asparagus is good stuff if cooked correctly, and well worth the after effects. Life is short my friend, enjoy it while you have it.

I know whatcha mean. Most everything I eat makes my poop stink.

Asparagus used to affect me, but apparently I have outlived that gene.
