Well there are many rich people living in South Texas. Thank God for all the golf courses, keeps so many off the lakes and out of the woods. You moved from New York to Montana and now Florida. Once they are ready to depart the big white tents they are tested for COVID and other ailments like lice, and tuberculosis. If they test positive for any of these things they are put on a different bus so they can be quarantined. Most of the lice issues are resolved before they get on the bus, but COVID and TB requires quarantine and different medical treatments before they can report to an ICE official like the healthy ones.
The ICE office will tell them where and when they need to self report.
25% test positive for the COVID. TB is more closer to 5-10%. On average.
