Something's going on around here with these scams. I was going to buy an LRHSI from WheelchairBandit today, and the same thing happened.......acct flagged by paypal and rejected. I know it's not a paypal deal because I bought something from MuleDeer this morning and had no problems. Some sort of account hijacking going on it seems.
I dont' know rost personally, but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who pulls these types of scams. I think his handle got hijacked or something.

And the common denominator in this rost scam, and the SCB scam is that they first request to be paid by Zelle, which you have to link to your bank account, and which I had not ever even heard of or knew existed. Thank goodness my credit union wasn't affiliated with Zelle. Then he asked to be paid by paypal FF, then it got rejected. Just an FYI to be aware of.
