New York State Rifle and Pistol Association, the case challenging New York's highly restrictive concealed carry law, has been relisted. That is the second time this case has been relisted.
"Relisted" means that it is on the list of cases they are thinking of taking, but can't quite make up their mind about. So, whether to take the case is still under consideration.
Be not weary in well doing.

I hope they don’t.
With the present make up of the Justices odds are very good that the NYSRA will lose, 4-5 maybe even 3-6. Roberts will side with the 4 Liberals.

There are only 3 that are truly thought of as liberals. Breyer, Kaygan and Sotomayor.
If Roberts sided with them, which wouldn't surprise me. that's only 4 votes.
The rest, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett, I think would most likely vote our way.
The fact that they have relisted for the second time does make me wonder if they actually have the votes.

The NYSRP association has fought for our rights here in NY far more than the NRA has even thought about it. I truly hope SCOTUS takes the case. Our 2nd amendment rights are being infringed upon and slowly 1 piece at a time, taken away from us. If this case is taken up, and we win, my hope is that the left will get the hint and stop pushing the anti gun crap. If they don’t or if we loose, it will do nothing but empower them to push for more.
Very scary times for conservatives at this point of time. We better win a majority in the house and senate in 2022 or I fear our country will never be the same again. Hopefully we can hold off the left until then

This is true but I have zero confidence a majority of the justices will interpret the constitution as it is written. With the exception of Justices Thomas and Alito they are spineless and will not uphold the constitution if it causes controversy. Or riots.
