First of all the world is a much better place without Floyd. (Fact)
Second, Chauvin was incredibly stupid for doing what he did. I think he was scared of Floyd, and probably rightly so. As much as I support the police that was a wee bit too long on his neck. (Opinion)
Third, he will be found guilty of one of the murder charges and it will get tossed on appeal or at least I hope it gets tossed. (Opinion)
