My perspective on people running for major offices has changed after learning about the legal graft that occurs in the campaign. She can run with zero chance of winning, but steer millions of dollars legally to her friends and family and get some paid book deals or political commentator roles for herself.
Look at how Bernie set his wife up to broker all his political ads as an example.
It’s a lot like being a moderately successful D1 football coach. The best financial move you could make is get hired by Auburn and then lose. I say this as an Auburn grad.
