In today’s world $70 a 1000 is fair. You have the goods every Reloader needs. But just so you know you can get any amount above $100 per thousand and you’ll get it because can. Gun broker sell primers every day $140-300 per 1000 depending who is desperate or don’t care about cost and just want them.

If I thought they were going to “use” them, I’d charge $4 per 100. If I thought they were going to scalp them, I’d charge $15 per 100.

I guess some would call me stupid but I sold 5,000 to someone locally last week for $55/1000. They were reloading not scalpers. Into cowboy action shooting. Some were even match LR. I have someone else coming by Tues. Thanks for input. tbear

Good on you for not gouging. I have enough for my use, but not to market, so there’s no temptation for me😛

If you want to set off the ladies who play price police here sell them for current market prices.

This==>"If I thought they were going to “use” them, I’d charge $4 per 100. If I thought they were going to scalp them, I’d charge $15 per 100."
Just FYI I got an email from Midway yesterday, The primers I had on backorder have been discontinued?WTF?? Clicking on the link; They are out of stock and their price was $74.99 per Thousand.
Guess some companies are gouging too.

A little hijack here....but....who is the bigger douche - the guy who sells primers for $100+ per thousand, or the guy who refused to sell at any price and just keeps them all for himself? I say sell them for whatever the potential customer is willing to pay...unless you decide you want to be generous for whatever reason (and there are lots of good reasons). If anyone has any gold they will sell me at 2014 prices, I am buying. For the record, I have recently given primers away for free. I have sold ~60,000 for anywhere between $30/1,000 and $150/1,000. My primers. My and the recipient's decision.
