I no longer have my 96 Swedish Mauser but had some leftover ammo. Does anyone have any information on this particular lot of ammo as far as year made, bullet info, etc.? Before I posted it in the classifieds I wanted to get some reference information. All 5 boxes are unopened and have been stored inside. I figured this was where the Mauser experts were and would know about it. Thanks in advance!

its 140 gr, I have a partial box that I don't shoot, but I have used to get measurements. The brass in my box is tarnished very brown. The bullets on mine are shiny, this projectile is a fairly long, almost VLD looking FMJ, I've not pulled one but I remember reading it is boat tail. interesting the letters NP are stamped in the PRIMER, headstamp on mine is 7 586 3, maybe later I'll look up in some of my books.

I bet its Berdan. I suspect its non-corrosive

I can't read yours but my box says:

20 st
6.5mm sk prt m/94
prj m/41
prickskytte

which I translate to:
20 ea
6.5mm sh(ooting?) cart(ridge) m(odel 18)94
proj(ectile) m(odel 19)41
sniper (? prickskytte might have another mean, like precision)

I'm not sure if I want it, I guess if the price is right and shipping is ridiculous, not sure if I'd shoot it or save it or see if it has collector value, if I had 100, I'd probably shoot it....
