Never had swordfish but it looks good and I'll take your word for it that it is. Tastes like trout. 😜 Swordfish is better than any trout ever made. Trout sucks hind tit when it comes to eating. That swordfish looks good!

Once I bought ten lbs of swordfish cut from a fresh-caught off the deck of Pollyanna in PA. I like to blanche the sprouts and then saute in butter,

That swordfish looks good! You guys have never eaten a hand fed, raised in a tank, stocker trout. LMAO 🦫 Hundreds, maybe more? We rode our bikes 7-10 miles every weekend, both days, sometimes on Wed during holiday weeks and most times brought home limits of 5 (or more?  ). Best friend's dad would buy the Velvetta, mini mallows, and Pautzke's eggs for us, as they had 9 kids to feed. We only had five. But, I've also caught and eaten many (hundreds?) of wild trout (oh, the horror) and I do like them better. But, without the enjoyment of catching all those stockers, I may not have gotten hooked on fishing. They aren't the best eating though, same same with the farmed Atlantic salmon. Don't hold a candle to wild caught.
