Curious why they kept paying the property taxes for this deadbeat. Quit paying the taxes and force the county/city to enter this legal mess. All they would have to do is condemn the building, no?

That's what I was thinking. Quit paying property tax and the county will repo the house.

I looked this house up on zillow. It is rated as worth $400K today. Comparing to nearby houses it should be worth $600K but then, this house has "problems."

Property tax is $16,000 a year.

It offers a Flash option, a software that was EOL'd last year. Yahoo and MySpace, which if they even still exist only midwits use. Vimeo is there but I don't think it works. And JewTube.
