Hello
Looking for a stainless old model python. Would prefer an early 90s model with 6" barrel but would consider others for the right price. I'm looking for a shooter grade. I am not a collector. Altered or lots of wear is fine so I don't have to pay the collector price lol. I've always wanted one and I'd carry it and shoot it. Thanks

You’re over your private message limit.
I have a 6” stainless from the early 90s although it may be cleaner than what you’re looking for.

Fixed my pm box and thank you. I've looked at yours too much since it was posted. Its exactly what I want but just a little more than I'm wanting to pay. Nothing against your price. It's really nice so much so that if I was to buy it I wouldn't shoot it.

I figured that’s where you’d stand on it given your initial post. I don’t have the heart to use/carry it either. But different strokes for different folks so I figured I’d ask just in case. Good luck in your search!

It's tough to find shooter grade SS Pythons vs a blued one. Guys are buying up SS shooters, buffing them and then selling them as like new on auction sites for crazy prices.

Makes sense. I'd be ok with an altered one or something like that. I'd just like to stay under about $2500 for a decent one. You're right about the crazy prices.

If I was wanting a shooter Python I would seriously consider a new gen SS Python. It's a built for shooting and a more robust design. But understand the desire for an original, just alot more expensive to maintain and fix if you plan on shooting a lot.

Yeah I will get a new one sometime. I just want an old one. I have stainless early 90s king cobra and anaconda just wanting the set. Neither of mine are really collector grade and looking for a python in similar condition. Thanks
