I've owned Leupold and Kahles and while they're undoubtedly fine binoculars I'm well satisfied with the Bushnells that I'm currently using.

Sightron SII Blue Sky made in the Philippines by Kenko. About $220 for the 10x32 and about $300 for the 10x42 HD.

If you can swing about 30$ more id grab the Monarch 5. Nothing comes close in that price range imho.
