According to an article I found today, this sale finalized today and Gunbroker is now owned by Ammo Inc.... Curious what changes to anticipate as the new ownership team takes over? https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/ammo-inc-to-acquire-gunbroker-com-auction-site-for-240-million/

Let's hope their support staff gets their heads out of the f*cking asses, they are pretty much useless as is.
I put in a support ticket on January 2nd to get something changed on my account, even though it's marked urgent (their assigned status, not mine) nothing happened so I entered another support ticket for the same issue in March. Just saw today that both of those are marked solved - after 4 months for the first one. Except that the issue isn't solved at all, it's still there.
So, I just sent them another support ticket and told them to get their heads out of their asses and get this thing actually solved. Further, I mentioned that I've been in IT for 40 years and if my support staff blew off tickets like these guys do I'd have fired every damn one of them.
You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar, but vinegar will have to do since I've tried honey and can't send raw sewage laced with strychnine through emails....
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

Can't figure out how I'm supposed to charge someone sales tax. I'm not a business But if I sell something GunBroker collects it off me.

Gunbroker adds the tax to the price the buyer pays to you. They then collect it back from you when they charge your fee. It's worth noting that this is not Gunbroker's idea. Interstate sales are now required to collect sales tax by law.
