Volquartsen Customer Service is very good. Broke an extractor on my Ruger MK2 during a bowling pin shoot a week and a half ago. Sent them this picture telling them that I had to put my 36 year old extractor back in. 😁 Said that a new one will be on the way, and it got here today. They are a solid operation. Their MKIV trigger upgrade is nice but that $5 safety power spring is a godsend. Best $5 I've ever spent.

Scott is amazing and a true patriot of the firearms industry. Family owned business that produces some of the most accurate .22's available (and other calibers). I did some trick shooting with one of his rifles on TV. If I missed the target, it wasn't the gun's fault.

They're good people and make some great products. I use their "Accurizing" kits in my Ruger Mark II/IV pistols and purchased their Summit 22lr rifle last year and it's now my favorite. Never had to use their customer service but nice to know they're top-notch.
