You should have heard some of what i said after getting gutted,losing most of my lower stomach and having my small and large intestines mapped looking for faults from the stomach down to the poop chute. From what they took out i lost a lot of weight but it is not recommend . It is just a way that folks look at bad stuff and not lose their humanity. Being able to laugh at bad things or horrific things release stress.
