In other words, the CA legislature knows that niqqers like to commit crimes with guns and the flood of anti-gun laws that the CA legislature has been hammering its residents with may result in more niqqers going to jail, so it has to be racism.
At this point, we should see all gun restrictions in CA lifted for "people of color" and they'll all be able to have assault weapons, high capacity magazines, ghost guns, suppressors, and whatever else gangs want to use. Of course, if you're white, tough luck, cause they're fighting racism in Sacramento, doncha know?
