Two extremely nice Merkel double barrels. Model 147e. Game scene engraved on the receivers.
28ga is a double trigger, ejector gun. Pistol grip. 28in barrels in a merkel case.
20ga is a single trigger ejector gun with cocking indicators. Straight grip stock. 26in barrels.
Prefer not to ship these. So anyone interested that is around central to western NC and central to western VA, pm me and i will be glad to send pics, discuss price and meet up for in person inspection and transfer.

Since these shotguns are a lot higher than $500, I prefer to be paid in person in cash and not to ship. If that's means someone is willing to drive from out of state a good ways to buy in person and do the transfer then that is fine with me too. And I will discuss price with someone that is seriously interested in it because the price depends on whether they want the case or not and price is negotiable.

Found a 20 GA on GI for $24,900, so without a price guess it must be somewhere around there. This works out good for me because I was headed to Ft Miller next week and I don't have $24,900 for a shotgun, looking for a late model Dually flat bed.

I'm at $4000 on them without the case. Nicely engraved. I see some places are around $3500-3950 on the non engraved model 40e that Merkel makes as their economical gun. So I feel $4000 should be fair. Again, I'm not interested in shipping.
