If you want to live in an outdoor paradise, Casi Cielo offers privacy and security on 43.25 treed/fenced acres with direct access to the national forest. The property offers a large low maintenance home as well as a separate and fully furnished guest house, and 7,500 sf of shop and garage space. The main home has unique and generous living spaces, two bedrooms and a large bunk room, three bathrooms and two dining areas. The spacious kitchen has a huge pantry complete with additional commercial refrigerator. A great feature of the home is a large and well lighted man cave and workshop opening onto an outdoor work deck with adjoining 12 month greenhouse. There is very generous storage throughout the home, including a dedicated storage area with built shelving. The location is high ponderosa forest in western New Mexico between the small towns of Quemado and Reserve. The area abounds with wildlife and game animals – trophy elk, mule and whitetail deer, antelope, Merriams turkey, the occasional Black bear – and varmint hunting. Our stated price is negotiable in that we may arrange to sell portions of the property separately. A number of Campfire folks have visited the area and can comment on the place. Please see complete details at our website: https://nmfsbocasicielo.com and feel free to contact me through a PM. Price: $799,000 and negotiable as noted.

I thought the dream could only be lived in Cali these days. It seems New Mexico is quickly becoming a dream state as well now.

I used to spend a weekend a year at a buddy's cabin up by Reserve. Truly, truly beautiful country there. If I were retiring in the next couple months I'd think long and hard on this one.
Good luck with the sale.

I've been there a time or three.....
@ 800 K, its a bargain and a half in today's world...
and If ya like Elk hunting... I've never seen more elk in my life than there...
by knowing Paul and some other campfire members, I am just grateful to even have seen a place like that... speaking of the general area, but Paul sure has a nice place right in the middle of it all...
best of luck with the sale Paul...

Beautiful place! and a Rambler like ours we purchased on Flathead Lake MT in 2019 (photo in link) for half that price, but only 2 acres. Boat launch too. Best thing about ramblers....no steps. When you get over 60yrs old, you'll know why ramblers are great! https://photos.smugmug.com/Ripsnort...d/X3/20190426142732641065000000-o-X3.jpgI envy your garage! I need to put one in on our 2 acres one of these day.

Yes, actually two garages and a long covered deck along the side of one. I may have gone way overboard with the garage spaces - they were for our many old trucks - all 40 or 50 years old. I don't like to let equipment sit outside. Enjoy that place !!

GLWS! I used to absolutely loved hunting and fishing in the Alpine, AZ area. Beautiful country, good spot to go to be left alone. I hope you are moving somewhere equally as nice.
