I was at the range this past weekend shooting and unbeknownst to me the windage knob on my SWFA came loose and fell off. I didn't realize it until i got home...rushed back to the range and couldn't find it. I sent them an email last night inquiring if they could sell me just the knob with not much hope. Had the same thing happen to Nikon a couple years ago and they claimed they were unable to get me just the knob.

Got an email this morning stating one was on the way at no cost! Great service SWFA!!! Great Optics!!!

That mirrors my experience with SWFA. I lost an o-ring from under the turret screw and when I called for a replacement, I asked if they could send a couple extras. They sent 5 or 6 at no charge and I had them in a couple of days.

Toilette paper is no longer in short supply. Why would one need a leupold?

If a guy likes using customer service, he should only own Leupold.

For years I was a big fan of leupolds but I had mostly older scopes, my recent experience with their more recent scopes has left me a bit put off. Maybe never again will I buy one.
