To address this gang related shooting, Gov. Murphy will will implement new gun control laws for law abiding citizens and dastardly NRA members! Same chit happened in Trenton during an all night art show, nothing was done! Aviator, the NJ gun control laws are only for the law abiding citizens, the criminals run free!

I don't understand why did criminals won't obey the law. Seems to be a behavioral relationship between not obeying the law and being a criminal.
