I believe this is a Winchester model 62 takedown trigger guard action. It does come with the takedown screw, but it is not pictured. It has the serial number on the bottom tang, thus it must ship to an FFL. Condition is good with minor surface rust but no pitting. All internal parts pictured are included. Hammer cocks and the trigger works. I am non FFL and will include copy of my drivers license. $155 shipped
