My Mom is approaching the end of life.
She and we, her family could use some prayers for peace and acceptance.
Mom is in Florida in a hospital with pneumonia, A-fib, multiple strokes etc.
Our intent is just to make her comfortable.
They are giving her morphine, which at this stage often contributes to hastening death.
She appears to not have the will to live, and that pretty much assures she won’t survive this.
She’s 86 and has had a good life till last year when the Gretchenator locked them in the assisted living facility where she literally went crazy.
At this point I just pray that she doesn’t linger on.
The last six weeks since she had multiple falls resulting in a hematoma on the brain, have been her worst nightmare I’m sure.
