Who does this and describe how?? I hear every fall we should cleanout our freezer and either through out or turn into Jerky. So lets discuss this .

Thaw out and then thin slice any meat. Put in Ziplock bag with a bottle of teriyaki marinate sauce, salt, pepper and a little dill pickle juice. Massage well. Let sit in fridge for 24 hours. Then load up dehydrator and make it jerky! My simple method.

Thaw partially run it through my slicer 1/4 - 5/16 thick. Use hi-mountain or hill billy jerky seasoning, let sit in fridge for 36 hours and the into smoker
