Some of our guys have departed and will be missed [RIP Ben Brown, Thomas (Magnum) Belcher, Greg Cameron], and Dennis is off to Alaska, so Darby, Kent and I are sponsoring another of our interesting SW Campfire summer gatherings.
We will be back in the high ponderosa forest at Armijo Springs in NM for the weekend of July 30 through August 1. Several past participants have expressed their intent to be there. We welcome any good-hearted Campfire folks to join the gang and enjoy the doings.
If you plan to attend, be sure to state your intent here sometime in the next several days. After that, we will go to a PM for all likely attendees in order to complete the planning and prep. If you have questions about the nature of the event and the place, ask here very soon and I will try to answer.

Good news. I wasn't sure if we were going to have another get together. Glad we are. I'll put it on my calendar and hope nothing pops up and interferes with it.
I really enjoy the gatherings. Now....I guess I'll have to go practice. Haven't shot any since the last one....
Only a dingleberry, not yet a Turdlike person, maybe someday!!! I am happier than a retard in a room full of bouncy balls right now!! Joe.

This sounds like a lot of fun. I live about an hours drive from the camp but not sure I can make it due to some family plans, but may be able to drive over and back on that Saturday. I'm new to the CF about a year so I've not met anybody in person, just online.
