Tarqueen I miss your eloquent writings praising the gentle angel George Floyd. Something I never did.

Legalizing recreational pot is one of the worst things that can be done for people. Too many loose the ability to live in the real world productivity. Yep. And it’s just about ruined Colorado, too. +1

If they legalize dope we'll loose generations just like George Floyd. How's that for a tribute?

Adult alcohol and drug abuse is a lot more of a public health problem than it is a law enforcement matter. Clearly. No, they're problems for the public in general. They murder the public, they run over the public they steal from the public, etc. Not a cop alive doesn't wish that the "public health" guy would handle any of that. The problem is that the "public health" guy is a myth, except on paper. Surveys say a major percentage of homelessness is substance abuse related mostly from drugs and everyone knows what a huge filthy public problem that is. You can't be homeless in a city without being a criminal...unless said city wants to make homelessness okay. If a city says it's okay, how can it be a problem?

The problem is that the "public health" guy is a myth, except on paper. Public health problems involve the public in general. The ‘War on Drugs’ is at the root of a staggering array of problems in today’s society, and ALL of em’ involve the public in general. That’s a fact. And another thing’s for certain, the approach that’s been taken by law enforcement and the criminal justice system over the last 50 years in waging the ‘War on Drugs’ has been a dismal failure. Well over a trillion taxpayers dollars have been spent on it so far, and drugs are more readily available now than they’ve ever been, and drugs are more potent now than they’ve ever been, and drugs are cheaper now (in relation) than they’ve ever been. Acknowledging these truths in no way promotes the use of drugs.
Every day on this side of the ground is a win.

I will admit that the "war on drugs" was exactly like the war on Viet Nam.

Give them all they want so they can overdose and cease to become a burden on the taxpayer.
Well, I suppose you could consider the offspring a victim, but its her kid to do with. I, mean, unless someone crying victim was gonna adopt and raise without assistance. Freedom ain't free.

The notion that drugs are a "victimless crime" is just a myth that druggies use to justify their behavior.

It's not law enforcement nor public health services. Your taxes are too high, which allows people who couldn't feed themselves to live. Government is so large and so overreaching bit obscures every problem.

The truth is the a good bit of the human population needs scrubbed from the planet if the gene pool is to ever improve. If the mom was a crackhead the kid likely would be too somewhere down the road. Schitty way to die, but that's the reality. We have interfered with Darwin's work for too long resulting in us being far worse off than we have ever been. Legalized drugs provide the best way to cull the herds of stupids.
🦫 Yep. They cull themselves. The real problem is we offer too many safety nets. Cut every last one of them and allow nature to take its course. Something to think about, how far has the googerman gone in protecting us from the dangers of smoking cigarettes, no advertising, no sales to minors, warning signs up and down the interstate, even cigarettes' that go out if no one is sucking on them, and then forcing all of the carpet makers ,furniture manufacturers even clothing and bedding makers to be fire proof, yet how many lives are lost each year by some drunk passing out while smoking ? The human race is what it is, dumb F~ckery will never be far from large gatherings of the dumber among us , Blackheart being a prime example of this dumb F~ckery ! Smoke'em if you got'em. I will admit that the "war on drugs" was exactly like the war on Viet Nam.
Yeah and that's a tar baby no one is even interested in getting loose from. Too much money and power for suppliers and enforcers..........Perpetual war pays.
