Sign in front of Bootleggers' Barbeque in West Plains, Missouri offers to trade brisket for ammo, lumber, or gasoline. Brisket prices have tripled, and he has to raise his prices. I guess this is his way of reminding us that prices are rising in general.

Sad part is with the sky high retail beef prices, cattle auction reports for the whole area report lower prices for on the hoof beef sales.
It doesn't trickle down much...
