Went in LPShop today just killing time, and I found a rifle I had to have. A Tika made LSA 65 30-06, sold by Ithaca, Ser#=1975. I'd call it in 85% condition. Out the door with 2 box's Rem Corlokt's 180gr and 1 box Win PP 150gr, for $700.
I'm satisfied with price, I'm mostly interested in any accuracy reviews and so forth? Good recommendations on scope rings? I dare say its the slickest action I've seen! Great no creep trigger, maybe slight heavy, but I love it!

First centrefire I owned was a LSA 55 in 222, was super accurate, had the slickest barrel I’ve ever experienced, putting a patch through it, it felt it was made of glass, so smooth!

The 55's are a short action and 65 the long actions. Everything I've read confirms they are tack drivers. Sure looking forward to getting it scoped and shooting!

With the ammo its a decent price. Not. A steal, but good. These are very good guns

Get it before some other rifle loony poaches it behind your back. It's a Tikka. It'll shoot as well or better than any one of us can shoot it.

Its mine, put $300 down on it. I knew it was a good rifle, but I'm finding out its known to be about as accurate as anything made. Just hope no one hurt it cleaning or else! I doubt it, it looks as good of condition as one my own hunting rifles would after 45 years!
Really anxious to get it scoped and tested. Already ordered dies, bullets. I'm good on several powders suitable for 06.
