Not correct. Again, Congress has absolutely no role in the 25th. Congress cannot 'invoke' anything to do with the executive branch. The 25th requires the majority of the EXECUTIVE branch Secretaries to make a decision that must also be supported by the VP. They then just inform Congress of the decision, Separation of powers and all..... Remember, at one time and by design, the exec branch and the legislative branch are actually enemies and compete with one another for power. But no, Congress cannot use the 25th against the President.

Harris is a radical, the most radical voting senator when she was in the senate. While Biden was considered a moderate, which he isn’t, she is radioactive to moderate Dems and only popular to the fringe nut jobs. My view is with Harris in office prior to 2022 midterms both chambers will fall back to GOP, the house by a considerable amount. Harris couldn’t even make the first Dem primary vote in Iowa. Her numbers back then were under 8% and no one was backing her campaign with funds. And now after her cackling border debacle and the fact that she is an exposed poser dimwit on the national stage, her time in the Oval Office will be a historical failure and her agenda blocked with no way forward. The country will sit in limbo for the next 2 years until a new election. She will have no chance in that one because no one likes her enough to fund her or vote for her. Her campaign loss excuses will spew racism is everywhere that’s why I lost and the Dem cycle of vilifying the USA as racist and evil will start all over again for the 2028 election.
