I am looking to upgrade the sights on my Glock 20. Which site manufacturer do you recommend?

Ameriglo, TruGlo, or Trijicon. They are all good. It's a matter of which model you want. I like the Ameriglo Hackathon. Trijicon HD is great, too. If you like a fiber optic (with Tritium combination), then you might like the TruGlo offerings better.

I like the standard Trijicons. I used to work with the Trijicon engineer who designed the HD ones and tried them, but they weren't for me. I didn't like the deeper notch.

Dot over dot, U shaped rear notch. The rear sight is black, the dot small, no white outline, not too strong and yellowish glow. Front dot is larger, stronger green and has a white outline.

I have Hackathorn's on several Glocks (17, 19 and 48) and a S&W M&P 40 S&W and they have been excellent .
I did recently have a set of XS R3D Night Sights put on a new Gen 4 Glock 20 and they are really growing on me .
Both good options .

Without a doubt I recommend the Glock Ameriglo Bold Sights. I think they're primarily available through Glock and some retailers, but Ameriglo does not have them available directly from them. In other words, they make it for Glock packaged under both names. I love these sights because they have a square notch in the back (instead of the u-shaped, though that's not bad either) AND serrated rear sight which is hard to find on many sights. The serrations are also deep compared to say HiViz sights which have thin shallow serrations that offer no contrast. The orange paint on the front Ameriglo Bold sight allows you to pick it up very quickly and the tritium is the perfect brightness in my opinion. I love these sights! And they were specifically made for the FBI (which uses it on all their guns now). The Ameriglo Agent sights are the same with a u-notch and are great too (I've owned them as well). I haven't owned the Trooper sights, but they're the same with a yellow/green configuration. Another set worth looking at are the Trijicon XR. I don't like the u-notch as much as a square notch, but the thinner front blade is more precise though it may not pick up as well for some eyes.

Same here, but I actually prefer the HD sights so my eye picks up the front sight faster with my aging eyes.
