I agree. It's pretty scary what can happen to an American under color of law, to which there appears to be no legal recourse. You think that's scary, try divorce a time or two. LOL Haha. No kidding. That's an Extraction.

What a douche comment. The standard for establishing a conservatorship under every jurisdiction is very tough to meet since it causes the sublimation of the protected person's constitutionally guaranteed rights. It's no fooling.

I bet there’s a schizophrenia diagnosis in there, that is not being discussed, for obvious reasons.
If you’ve ever dealt with a schizophrenic, you realize there are some folks who ARE a danger to themselves, and others.
I’m all for freedom, but walk through a homeless encampment some time, and you’ll meet PLENTY of schizophrenics with “complete freedom”. It ain’t pretty....

It's her money and life. She would join Whitney Houston in about 6 weeks. Her Father is protecting her from the (((industry leeches))) who would fleece her clean in no time and leave her in the gutter with druggie 'friends' to finish her off. Totally this. Judges are not stupid. We don't have the court proceedings in front of us, but I suspect she's a total whack job when she's not on her meds. And maybe even if she is. She married a dirtbag back in the day, had two kids and LOST custody. There is that. Now she's dating another nobody dirtbag and wants to "live her Life". Give me a break!!!
