Last night's. Wife was fixing food for 4th picnic, no one was hungry. After making leg of lamb for Easter dinner, Slavyanka decided it’s her new favourite meat. So she asked for it again for her birthday yesterday. The aroma of the herbs and spices cooking in the marinade are fabulous! The only thing left was some scraps on the bone that I finished for lunch today. Propane turkey fryer base & medium sized shore lunch pan, in summer for outside frying, or skillet on stove top for winter. Seasoned flour - Corn flour, self raising flour, onion powder, garlic salt & mucho smoked paprika ! Fries are done in a tefal air fryer, outside too. Lettuce for caesar from garden, dressing from scratch, egg yolks from the girls & double dose of anchovie fillets Walleye & perch last night; ![[Linked Image from i.imgur.com]](https://i.imgur.com/glCdIAE.jpg) Life is good !

Never heard it called corn flour.

Don't know how Canucks do it but 50/50 seasoned flour and corn meal is about as good as it gets for a dry fish breading...
