If I had all those, I’d spend half the season deciding which one to take.

Twig boy,
While you fret over actions, stocks, scopes, headstamps, and bullets, many others just go out and hunt and kill scheet. You should try it instead of focusing on running up your post count. And don't post pics of your pards kills and claim them as your own you lying sack of sheeit. The wolf ring a bell? Yeah, you know it does.

Stewardess7,

Pardon the fact I simply shoot it all and then some,as you set on the outside looking in,feverishly glued to my EVERY word and Splendid Pixels...you "lucky" kchunt. Hint. Congratulations?!?

Here's to the fhuqking HILARITY of your exceptionally WELL founded and countless Insecurities,as you lick windows and "live" vicariously. Fortunately for you,Imagination and Pretend are free,so you can "afford" to "contribute". Please keep that high-pitched nasal whine coming,as it do warm the heart. Perhaps cite how many times a day you think about me and correlate the HILARIOUS ratio of how same, soooooooo very outpaces the rounds you "shoot"?!? Hint.

Twig boy,

So you have nothing to back up your claims, only photos of rusted out junk and a high post count.

Weak G1's, but it is a whitetail from the Golden Triangle area north of Laredo in South Texas.

Seriously? Insane. Identical markings to desert mule deer from that angle.

I stand corrected JWall.

Great buck. Never hunted those Golden Triangle deer but looks like a different buck, like an AZ Strip buck. He's a mule deer but just a tank...

Our desert bucks....

Greg,

that area is semi-arid bordering on transition into true desert. Long ago it was called the Wild Horse Desert. The deer in the western area of South Texas are a different subspecies that extends over into Mexico.

Body weights on mature bucks average 225 - 250, one I took years ago was 265 on the scales. Really depends on the amount of rain in a year.

This year has been wet and cool, relatively speaking, so hopes are high for good year.

Yes, very similar looking to your deer. Thanks for sharing those. 👍
