That is exactly how the folks up at Sun Valley want us to be living. They should be living in abject fear, not lording it over everybody. The ultimate goal of the environmental/animal rights people is to remove all the people from the Great Plains and Rocky Mtn states and turn it all into a massive nature preserve. The people would be herded into what would amount to massive tent cities.

I don't see anything in that to refute the US census count of 4 million in 1860. TX alone had close to 200k and it had only been a slave state for 20 years (Mexico prohibited slavery at the time when TX revolted). It's true that only about 300k were imported from Africa but they had babies, lots of them.
