I can think of very few things that taste this good, and that are so easy to make!

Biscuits are in the oven......

Try laying a couple of fried eggs on the top - with the yolks intact.

Pound of sausage, cooked scrambled, about 1/3-1/2 cup of flour, about 2 cups of milk, some butter. I use frozen biscuits.
Not much harder than frying a Hot Dog.

I go with scrambled for that. Eggs atop the sgb really brings it home....

All the varied epicurean delights you've posted here and you've never had sausage gravy?

Astounding.

I add a little red pepper to mine to give it a little kick. Good sausage is key

Pour a ladle of that over a couple of poached eggs that are on top of a pile of corned beef hash.

Good hash browned till it's a little crispy, sausage gravy, eggs on top..... My favorite (and my Doc's least) breakfast.... Nice piece of rye toast to scoop it all up...
