I don’t think he can legally demand to see the jab paper because of the Hipaa law. He will or should get sued on this.

Do people actually carry vaccine papers around with them? The vaccinated owner and employees proved the absurdity of such policy Clearly those vaccinated employees should have been wearing masks......lol

It would be very difficult for me to eat at an establishment that preferred I wasn't there. They control the food preparation from start to table.

The restaurant owner has the right decide who he wants to serve. I have the right to decide who I want to spend money with. In this case, I would simply take my money elsewhere…

If they were all vaccinated and still got it, doesn’t that prove the vaccine is ineffective? A rational person would have to go the other way and not GAF whether any of their patrons were vaccinated.

Just guessing, but a person who has a medical condition that prevents them from being vaccinated (if there is such a thing) will be denied service. They’ll then be able to sue under the ADA’s provision that a reasonable modification needs to be offered due to their disability. This would of course need to be someone with an actual verifiable medical condition identified by an actual doctor. Someone afraid of going down the slippery slope into authoritarianism wouldn’t stand a chance, nor would a guy so fat he can’t breathe in a mask, etc etc. Pretty sure many conditions could preclude someone from getting a vax shot. Within the last couple of weeks, there is a story of a woman with a scholarship to Hawaii being refused admittance because she cannot get any vaccines, she has Guillain-Barre syndrome. Last flu shot she had left her paralyzed, UH doesn't care.

Best thing to do is avoid going inside the I-285 perimeter. Let the people and businesses there starve out. That would be a good start to making Georgia a livable state again.

The list goes on. Imagine if he said transgenderism is a mental disease (true) and consequently a matter of health so no trannies in the restaurant. They'd go nuts.
The way life should be.

I don’t think he can legally demand to see the jab paper because of the Hipaa law. He will or should get sued on this. IIRC - HIPPA only means a health care professional can't disclose your records to an unauthorized person. HIPPA does NOT mean that absolutely anyone/everyone can't ask you about a medical condition. HIPPA will not be a legal winner for someone suing because a restaurant asked your status.

While I think a restaurant owner should have the right to determine who is allowed to eat in their establishment, sadly, that hasn’t been for 50 years or so.
He’ll get to fight lawsuits very shortly. Yep, need a pic ID as well.

Wonder when we get separate water fountains and have to sit at the back of the bus?

Wonder when we get separate water fountains and have to sit at the back of the bus? They won't even let you on the bus without your "oxygen mask." All public transportation in the country has been banned use without a waterboarding rag over the airways. I'll be surprised if biten doesn't require injections for flights and roadways eventually.
