I have used their ear muffs while hunting but don’t like the sort of background noise when there’s a breeze, like putting your ear to a seashell. Any experience with the game ear in this regard? The one that looks like a hearing aide.
I bought a set and they worked ok the first time or 2 out but then they started acting up and quit working after 5 or 6 trips to the range. I will not buy them again.
I may not be smart but I can lift heavy objects
I have a shotgun so I have no need for a 30-06.....
I have a pair that's got to be over 10 yrs old so obviously not a newer model. Wind is a problem but I will keep them in anyway to save my ears from gunfire and turn the volume down as needed.
Most microphones work terrible in wind. Just turn them down and find someplace calm if you need to hear. You can get a lightweight headband or some kind of cap if that's comfortable for you.
