After scouring the internet, and attempting to contact Savage, I can’t find out what my options are for a model 11 LWH stock.
It looks like the 110 XP models (packaged with cheap scope) run the cheapest and are fairly light to boot. However I don’t want to buy something that isn’t going to fit in my nice light/walnut stock.
I’m also pretty sure a model 16 would work, but I don’t really like the stainless/walnut look. My understanding is model 10s are heavier barrels so I’m avoiding those.

I just put a Woox chassis on my Steven's M200 (243 WIn) although its all aluminum it is not lighter than the original stock. I personally like the hef; it eats up recoil (I know I know its a 243) and the chassis has zero flex in the Arizona heat. Greyboe is suppose to be coming out with a Savage inlet but they have manufacture orders to finish first so maybe in the fall if you can wait. If I can find a Remington 700 long action for my next build at a decent price I may use a Greyboe. They are 7 miles from my house.
Remember, not everyone has a happy ending, so be happy when you can
