I know a lot of folks don’t like MLK here
But he promoted the idea that strong black father role models missing in black families was a huge reason for the blacks’ problems.
Decades of voting for the lesser of two evils has gotten us just that.....

I know a lot of folks don’t like MLK here
But he promoted the idea that strong black father role models missing in black families was a huge reason for the blacks’ problems. It was the left that intentionally targeted black families to be broken up. First they offered the mothers free everything, but then laid down the condition that the father could not be in the home or all the free stuff stops coming. That was intentional. They wanted blacks to be nearly universally dependent on free government services so they'd perpetually vote Democrat.

No I get that. And so did MLK , It didn’t remove parental responsibilities.

This is about CRT
CRT is not revisionist history or legal theory. CRT is a method of examining history with a view to applying it to the present circumstances. CRT starts with the assumption that all of us occupy one of two stations in life: oppressor or oppressed. The oppressor in CRT are all white people, the oppressed are all people of color. If you accept the premise, then many consequences follow.
Nobody who opposes the use of CRT in K-12 opposes teaching history, including all of it. What we oppose is teaching a history that says that white people invented slavery and the language used to talk about it, that white kids are stained with whiteness, and that the first thing a person should see is a person's skin color. If you agree those approaches to educating children are not good, then you oppose CRT.
