Max and I are going to do a little practice on Wednesday. So you better bring your A Game to Grand Junction for the Championships! Ok maybe you don't need to worry about me, but Max...... He is on fire!

I was shooting in the GSSP before ammo became so expensive. Fun times! I realized there are some very good shooters in my area. Scoring 250 and 500 at every shoot was normal for some. The winner was chosen by X’s. Way above my skill level. I on the other hand I shot 225 or around 375 on average. Enough to keep my confidence level satisfied and enjoyable.

GSSP is a member here that shoots NRL Hunter Match's. But he got sick and missed the Championship. I was just ribbing him a little on here. We were supposed to shoot and RO the match together.

LOL! I thought GSSP was a new shooting sport I hadn't heard of...Funny, google turned up lots of posts or references to GSSP on this board. Gotta be sharp to keep up here!

I highly recommend shooting NRL Hunter Match's I can't say enough good about them. They are fun, you will meet a bunch of great folks, and you will learn so much. Not sure where you live but they have a bunch of locations and I think there might be a few new venues added this year. I shot the Belt Montana, Hammett ID, Price UT, and the Grand Slam Championships in Grand Junction CO. Every venue was beautiful in their own ways.
