Boarshead or Hebrew National all beef, natural casing, boiled, with good spicy deli mustard, sauerkraut and Boarshead onions, on a steamed bun.
With an ice cold Weihenstephaner Original or Augustiner Brau Edelstoff or two.

Plan on a weeny roast tonight. With a niece and nephew with their kids.
For the unwashed, that’s when you have a bonfire in your back yard and roast your hotdogs and marshmallows on a stick over the fire. Best way to cook a wiener!

Les LOL. If ya drop them in the fire, just wipe the dirt off. 😜 Used to do them like that for my nieces and nephews when they were small and come to visit the Ranch. They were all “city kids” growing up. They had a blast roasting marshmallows and hot dogs over an open fire.

if i had to eat one it would be a quality dog cooked on a stick over the fire or split in half lengthwise and fried in a pan until crispy. but hotdogs are not my thing. i'm a brat or curry wurst man

An easy and slightly less messy way to make s’mores is to toast your marshmallow as usual, then sandwich between 2 Keebler fudge stripe cookies. They’re great!
