Is every Yankee still mandated by Federal law to own a .35 Whelen?

Imagine a corporate oligarchy so effective, so advanced and fine tuned that its citizens still call it a democracy.

That and my 376 Steyr are my two favorite rifles.

After snagging a 700 classic in 35 whelen all my 30-06 rifles disappeared. It's a powerhouse for sure. A 250gr Hornady at 2500fps punches holes through anything and pounds steel harder than an 06 ever thought about. It's a marvel of cast bullet shooter. Even a hit at family reunions with light 357 swc loads for all the kids to bust pop cans

Took it to a 450 acre prairie dog town once. Firing rem coreloks it subdued the rodents with dazzling fanfare. Probably the fastest and most i ever fired the rifle in an afternoon. I was cranking shells and tossing dogs left and right and over the next hill. 300 yd shots were not a problem and I'll bet they still haven't forgotten about the only varmint shooter they ever saw show up with a 35 whelen

It's that much of a problem ?
How many shooting related accidents did Iowa have last year ?
How many were those Remington 700's that went off by themselves ?
Lord knows nobody was ever killed with a big slow projectile.
