Indoor or outdoor? I've got a fan in mine that I got from a dairy supply the kind they use in cattle loafing sheds. It moves the air conditioned air from one end to the other. I could wish a lot of things on my worst enemy but neuropathy ain't one of them.

We have to train at dawn because much after sunrise it's so hot and humid, you run out of dog real quick. I'm not sure the fan helps.
