We had a wonderful supper my stepdaughter cooked on the new Blackstone griddle.. Fried potatoes, steak, shrimp, and corn on the cob.. The corn was boiled on the stove.. She is a wonderful cook and loves this griddle.. I love her outstanding cooking.. ='s Blessed !

Last night, as the wife was on the way home from running a dog and visiting relative in the Bay Area, I got to cook...........................liver! Free liver, as the folks I got 1/4 beef from earlier this year tossed the liver, heart, and tongue in for free! Anyone else ever tried it on the grill? 1/2" thick, 2 minutes timed per side as from a link I found. Came out perfect.
