I own a few Helia C, 4x36, 6x42, 8x50, 10x50

Have 12 Kahles hunting scopes. They are top notch. Compare favorably to my Zeiss Diavaris and Swarovski PH series.

The family owned business was sold to Swarovski in 1974 when there were no heirs to take over the company.

I seem to remember that a Kahles fixed 6x was the original scope offered with the Steyr SSG.

Yes it was. I had a factory set up with. Z or ZM model I think. Had a ballistic cam on it.good scope
